- 2 years of Flash / Actionscript / Flex development
- OO Design / Development models
- Experience creating multimedia applications that integrate Flash Media Server, Windows Media, or Quicktime
- Web Services, CSS, AJAX, XML
- Knowledge of SDLC

- Design, prototype, and create UI elements
- Communicate with clients and team members to build prototype web
- Troubleshoot existing applications and bug fix code
